Prenatal and Postpartum Radiance Happy Hour!
This month for our Prenatal and Postpartum Radiance Happy Hour, we've invited breastfeeding specialist, Sandra Davis-Hathaway to share her knowledge about breastfeeding. Throughout the evening, Sandra will talk about the value of breastfeeding and how to perform it effectively, the stages of lactation, breastfeeding versus formula feeding, and ways to store milk. She will also discuss some physiological challenges and how to overcome them. Learn more about Sandra and the wonderful work she does at her website.
All are invited and encouraged to attend our Prenatal Happy Hour! Pregnant women and their partners, family members and friends are all welcome. Family support is essential to successful breastfeeding.
You can also learn more about the healthful Prenatal and Postpartum Radiance program! It includes rejuvenating massage and Reiki, preventive and corrective chiropractic care, breastfeeding education, nourishing skin care, yoga, journaling help and belly art.
Your whole prenatal team will be present on Friday, July 6th from 5:30-8:00pm to introduce you to their services and help you put together a wellness program to help you feel and look amazing throughout your pregnancy.

Gage started playing in the styling of 1930's gypsy guitarist, Django Reinhardt, back in early high school at Long Beach Poly. He teamed with Brandon on saxophone to form a quartet with violin and upright bass. Meanwhile Luca has studied guitar since he was a kid, soon to meet up with the other young gypsy jazz aficionados to form the ensemble, Hedgehog Swing.. They can be seen around Long Beach playing in bars & restaurants.
